Transform the way you manage your activities by setting up OskarOS as your activity booking system.
This guide is tailored to help you leverage OskarOS for boosting operational efficiency and improving client experiences across a diverse range of services and activities, including tour booking and tour operations as well as course scheduling and class booking.
Step 1: Create your OskarOS account
- Visit OskarOS Registration and follow the easy steps to set up your account.
Step 2: Add your first bookable resource and booking option
- Use our intuitive resources wizard by clicking 'Get Started' on your dashboard to add your first bookable resource.
- Choose any resource that broadly fits your purpose. You can customize and edit it later on to your needs.
Step 3: Personalize your resource and booking settings
- Under 'Resources', input essential details like activity name, description, availability, and add an engaging image.
- Next, fine-tune your booking settings. This section allows you to customize how clients book your activities, located under Settings > Booking Options.
Tip: For activities happening regularly, like every Monday from 5-9pm, schedule this slot in your resource and choose a 4-hour time interval in your booking options. This allows your activity to be booked every Monday. Limit availability by restricting the booking period or selecting specific off-days. To book an entire series at once, or for irregular schedules, use the 'event series' feature in your booking options.

Step 4: Add all activities
- Repeat the previous steps for each activity you offer. If you encounter any difficulties, our support team is always ready to assist.
Step 5: Tailor your booking page
- Customize your public booking page in Settings > Booking Page. This is where clients will see and book your activities.
Congratulations, your activity booking system is now ready!
- Share your booking link found on the top-right blue button on desktops or in the main menu on mobiles, and start welcoming clients to your exciting activities!
