Built by someone who's been in the trenches.
A few years ago, I ran one of Germany’s largest senior care platforms—connecting over 30,000 helpers with families across the country. Behind the scenes? Total chaos. We tried every tool out there, but they were either bloated, overpriced, or so rigid they made things harder, not easier.
That experience became the spark for Oskar. I kept thinking: Why adapt to software when the software could adapt to you?

The First Spark
In November, Johannes and Tim begin sketching out their shared vision: a smarter way to run service businesses.
2023
First Launch on Product Hunt
In July we launch Oskar’s first alpha to the world. It is raw, fast, and full of promise—and it proves that service teams are ready for something better.
2024
OskarOS Software GmbH is Born
In March we formally incorporate and welcome Niklas to the team as our second developer—laying the groundwork for a real product, and a real mission.
2025
Official Launch of Oskar 1.0
Oskar returns to Product Hunt—this time fully fledged, with an AI-powered setup, and ready to scale. One prompt, one system—thousands of use cases.
