If you are looking for a simple course or class scheduling software, look no further. OskarOS is not just for academic or professional training; it's perfect for fitness classes too!
In our setup guide, we're showing how a boxing studio can streamline their class scheduling with our software.
Step 1: Create your account
- Start by visiting the OskarOS website and signing up for an account.
- Access your dashboard post-registration, which is the central hub for your class management.
Step 2: Set up your classes as a resource
- From the dashboard, use the ‘Get Started’ button to launch the resource wizard, guiding you through setting up your classes.
- Define each boxing class as a unique resource, adding details like class name, a title image a brief and an extended description for more information.
- Set total availability for each class to control the number of participants per session.
- Utilize 'Max booking per customer' to manage individual enrollments.
- Categorize classes in groups for easier access.
Step 3: Customize booking options for your classes
- Tailor booking options to suit your classes, including session lengths, pricing tiers, or special features.
- To enable individual bookings of your classes, first align your resource's schedule with the class times. Set the schedule to reflect the course's occurrence each Monday and Thursday in the resource (left). Then, modify the booking option's duration to match the class length (right). This adjustment allows your class to be available for 90-minute bookings at both 6 PM and 6:30 PM respectively.
- To facilitate package bookings that include multiple or all class sessions, consolidate all desired class occurrences under 'Schedule event(s)' within the booking option. This method groups them as a single bookable entity. It's important to remember that the pricing is determined per session in this setup.
Step 4: Personalize your booking page
- Brand the page with your studio logo, tagline, and a customized background under Settings > Booking page setup.
Step 5: Promote and share your booking page
- Share your classes using the unique booking link from your dashboard. It can be found on the blue button in the top right, or in your menu on mobile devices.
- Promote it through social media, email, your website, or physical marketing materials.
